Q: What products will be shown in the catalog?

A: We will have all 30 items shown in the graduation catalog that includes apparel. We are also working on a variable printing option that will allow you to select specific items you will be using along with a choice of cover in the form of a 2-4 page flyer.

Q: What information will be included on the customizable flyer?

A: The flyer will be able to showcase the products that you choose. It will also include your office information as well as your pricing.

Delivery Dates:

Q: What will my delivery date on my initial order be?

A: Placing your order by 3/15 ensures delivery by 8/15. If you need delivery earlier please email: HJInfo@allgoodsllc.com and we will try to accommodate your request.

Q: What if I don’t know my order needs by 3/15?

A: If you are not able to place your order by 3/15 to qualify for the free merchandising incentives you may still place your order by 7/15 for the 8/15 delivery date. We strongly suggest placing your order ASAP for forecasting purposes.


Q: What does GRADSZN mean?

A: GRADSZN means grad season. It is a popular term voted on by students. Currently #GRADSZN has 58K hashtags on Instagram, #SZN has over 106K.

Easy Order and Replenishment:

Q: How quickly will I receive my replenishment orders?

A: We will ship stocked inventory within 2 business days.


Q: What is the minimum quantity needed to place an initial order or re-order on Class of 2020 merchandise?

A: For all in- line inventory there are no minimums!

Q: How quickly will I receive my custom stock product orders?

A: We will ship custom stocked product orders within 7 business days.

Q: How quickly will I revive my custom non- stock product orders?

A: Custom non- stocked product will be handled on a by case basis. To get your quote started you can email: HJInfo@allgoodsllc.com .


Q: When is payment for soft goods products through Herff Jones due?

A: It will be billed with your D&C as all other products are. No deposit is required.

Marketing Collateral:

Q: What marketing collateral will be provided to me?

A: In addition to the merchandising items we have (banners and pop ups), we will be offering a catalog, customizable flyer, and several posters. We will also be promoting Soft Goods via digital campaigns throughout the year.

Q: Where can I get studio photography images?

A: All studio photography is located at: https://www.allgoodsllc.com/hjmarketing.

Q: Will I get access to the Soft Goods video that was shown at NSC?

A: Yes, we are working on finalizing the video and will send that out along with a shorter version for you to use in meetings. You will receive 2 video links.


Q: What product qualifies me for the free merchandising incentive packages?

A: Purchasing any of the 30 Class of 2020 Apparel or Novelty items qualifies you for the merchandising incentives. It can be any combination of the Basic, Premium, or Novelty Assortments.

Q: If I order $120,000 net in products am I am able to get 2 FREE Package C?

A: YES! If you place $120,000 or more in products on your stocking order by 3/15 then we will give you TWO FREE Package C with banners and pop ups of your choice.

Q: Are the qualifying amounts of $15,000, $30,000 and $60,000 net or retail?

A: The qualifying amounts are in net. You may select any combination of the 30 different products to get to the net amount.

Q: Am I able to pick which banner and/or pop up options I want?

A: Yes, you are able to select which option works best from you from the list of options we have provided you. We will send out a formstack with all options for you to select from on or soon after 3/16.

Q: When will I receive the merchandising package once I have filled out the formstack?

A: We will send the options out as soon as they are complete and ready. It will likely be sent to you in April, but we will communicate with you once we place the orders.

Q: Am I able to purchase elements of the merchandising strategies a-la- carte?

A: Yes, we are able to product banners and pop up’s made to order. Please contact: MSorders@herffjones.com to get your request going.

Q: Do I need to actually submit my order at https://hjseniors.com/ by 3/15 at or is a verbal commitment enough to qualify for the merchandising packages?
A: You need to fully submit your stocking order by 3/15 to qualify for the free merchandising incentives we are offering.

Order Form:

Q: Will additional spaces be available on the order form to accommodate me offering more than 6 soft goods products?
A: Yes, we are working on expanding the order form to 30 items. This will help you be able to offer more soft goods products to customers!

Order Manager:

Q: Will all in- line 2020 Soft Goods items be loaded into order manager?

A: Yes, all 30 items have been set up and will be available in order manager.


Q: Will I be able to receive samples for in- line product?

A: Yes, we will be shipping out samples to you upon request. Please email: HJInfo@allgoodsllc.com to request the items you would like to receive a sample of. Delivery timeline will be communicated to you when you make your request.

Q: Will I be able to receive samples for custom products?
